HAILE MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENT KILLED IN CRASH

According to BradentonHerald.com, 14 year old Courtney Starling was killed Sunday afternoon when her stepfather, John Vincent Dimeglio, lost control of the vehicle they were riding in after a rear tire split. Her mother, Tanya Dimeglio, was airlifted to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg. The crash occurred on I-75, just south of I-275.
The family may potentially have claims against the tire manufacturer, the automobile manufacturer and their own auto insurance company.
